By accessing or using ContractorMatch.io's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services
2. Service Description
ContractorMatch.io provides lead generation and appointment booking services specifically for remodeling businesses. Our services include:
Qualified lead generation for remodeling contractors
Lead follow-up and prequalification
Appointment scheduling and calendar management
Targeted advertising to high-end clientele
Performance optimization and reporting
3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1 Eligibility
You must be a licensed remodeling contractor or construction business
You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
You must provide accurate business information and credentials
3.2 Account Setup
You agree to provide complete and accurate information during onboarding
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Service Agreement and Performance
4.1 Performance Guarantee
We guarantee 10-20 closed jobs or you don't pay (subject to terms in Section 4.3)
Performance is measured over the agreed campaign period
Results depend on your ability to convert qualified appointments into closed jobs
4.2 Service Delivery
We will generate qualified leads based on your specified target market
Our team will prequalify leads and schedule appointments directly into your calendar
We will provide regular performance reports and optimization recommendations
4.3 Performance Guarantee Conditions
The performance guarantee is subject to:
Your participation in the onboarding process
Your availability to attend scheduled appointments
Your adherence to our recommended sales processes

Your pricing remaining competitive within your market
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees
Service fees are based on your selected package and market
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
Late payments may result in service suspension
5.2 Refunds
Refunds are available only under our performance guarantee terms
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of campaign completion
Refunds are subject to verification of performance metrics
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Cooperation
Provide timely responses to leads and attend scheduled appointments
Maintain professional standards in all client interactions
Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates
6.2 Compliance
Maintain all necessary licenses and insurance
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Ensure all marketing materials and claims are accurate
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
All marketing materials, systems, and processes remain our property
You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary methods
Our trademarks and branding are protected
7.2 Your Property
You retain ownership of your business information and client relationships
We may use your business information only to provide agreed services
Success stories may be used for marketing with your consent
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
Business strategies and processes
Client information and leads
Financial information and performance data
Any proprietary information shared during the relationship
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Limitations
We cannot guarantee specific revenue amounts beyond our stated guarantee
We are not responsible for your ability to close qualified appointments
Market conditions may affect lead quality and availability
9.2 Liability Cap
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not responsible for lost profits beyond our guarantee terms
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
Termination does not affect obligations for services already provided
Outstanding fees remain due upon termination
10.2 Termination for Cause
We may terminate immediately if you:
Breach these terms and conditions
Provide false information or credentials
Engage in fraudulent or unethical business practices
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by New York law without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Dispute Process
Disputes should first be addressed through good faith negotiation
If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration
Arbitration will be conducted under American Arbitration Association rules
12. SMS/Text Messaging Program
12.1 Lead Generation SMS Program
This program sends SMS messages related to lead generation, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications for remodeling services. Users can expect messages containing appointment confirmations, lead notifications, and service updates.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

13. General Provisions
13.1 Modifications
We may update these terms with 30 days notice
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes
Material changes will require your explicit consent

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect
Invalid provisions will be modified to be enforceable while preserving intent
13.3 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties
